omnis support includes phone support and e-mail support. Omnis phone support is a toll-free number, or you can reach them by fax. Alternatively, technical issue is better discuss through email, if this is your preference you could use the e-mail ticket system to reach omnis support. Their email support is straightforward, you just required to enter your e-mail address, subject, and message that you want to deliver. They will not force you to go through FAQ or knowledgebase too find for answer.
Omni support deliver a good phone support and email support. they only lack of live chat support each is getting more common nowaday. Hope on this posting will deliver this live chat support system someday soon!
